Where we ship

Shipping addresses accepted at checkout: US.

Rates

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard shipping: $6

Printing and delivery

Every shirt is a pre-order. We print in runs after orders come in, then pack and ship. Expect your order in about 3–4 weeks from the day you pay. Delivery estimates for each shipping option are shown at checkout.

If a run is going to miss that window, we email you with the new date. If you'd rather not wait, you can cancel any time before it ships and get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

If something doesn't fit or isn't right, contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@example.com with your order number and a photo.

Lost packages

If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us.
